New Client Information

Please call or e-mail to schedule an initial consultation at least 48 hours prior to our first service.

At the initial consult, we get to know you and your pets and you get to know us.

We will explain our services, complete paperwork, answer questions, pick up keys, and discuss detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.

If you want us to keep a copy of your house key for future service, please have a copy ready for us and give it a try to make sure it works properly.
Your key will be labeled with a code that does not contain your name or address.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment: Payment in full must be left at the residence to be collected on the first day of the service.

Cancellations: As a busy professional myself, I fully understand that schedules can change quickly. Therefore, we do not charge for cancellations as long as you call before we show up at your door for that day’s service.
