Keys Please: Please have two tested, working copies of your house key available for us at the initial consult. If two copies are not supplied, we reserve the right to make one additional copy of any duplicatable key. One key will be for the use of the pet sitter and one will be kept in the office as a backup. If we are returning the keys at the end of the visit we will return both copies. Your keys will be labeled with a code and will not have your name or address on them.

Please Note:
We will need to schedule an initial consultation at least 48 hours prior to your first service.

At the initial consult, we will meet you and your pets. We will review your profile, get a tour of your home, collect two copies of your keys, answer any questions you have and discuss detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
